Detroit Lions Don’t Make Any Selections in Supplemental Draft

The Detroit Lions didn’t make a successful bid for any players in today’s supplemental draft. Only one player was selected: Terrelle Pryor by the Oakland Raiders with a third round pick. That means either the Lions didn’t submit a bid on any players, or they submitted a bid on Pryor that was lower than that of the Raiders.

It’s not really surprising that one team liked Pryor’s physical abilities enough to make a reach for him, and it’s not really surprising that the team ended up being the Oakland Raiders.
