According to a tweet from the Detroit Pistons official Twitter account, Pistons rookie center Andre Drummond will be out 4-6 weeks with a back injury.
UPDATE: Andre Drummond will be out approximately 4-6 weeks due to a stress fracture of the fifth lumbar vertebra. #Pistons

This will really hurt the Pistons chances of making the playoffs. Drummond’s energy, rebounding, and shot blocking ability will be missed when the Pistons do try to make a potential playoff push in the next coming weeks.
I can also speak for Piston fans when I say that not seeing Drummond in the BBVA Rising Stars game during All-Star weekend will be a huge disappointment to the game and the fans around the world watching.
