Many wanted the Lions to move back in this draft. The wish came true. The Seattle Seahawks have moved up to select defensive tackle Jesse Williams of Alabama. They gave up their fifth round pick (No.165) and their 6th round pick (No. 199) to the Lions.

The Lions need depth at several positions, which made this move very appealing.

With their fourth round selection, they took Devin Taylor.

They now have five picks remaining.

  • Round 5 – Pick No. 32 (165) From Ravens through Seahawks
  • Round 6 – Pick No. 3 (171)
  • Round 6 – Pick No. 31 (199) From 49ers through Ravens and Seahawks
  • Round 7 – Pick No. 5 (211)
  • Round 7 – Pick No. 39 (245)

More details to come.
