Eastern Michigan Eagles Lose To Buffalo 42-14

If you are a fan of the Mid-American Conference you could not have predicted the success the Buffalo Bisons are having this season.  Buffalo’s latest win came at the expense of the Eastern Michigan Eagles on Saturday after beating them 42-14.

Buffalo jumped out to a 21-0 lead before Tyler Benz got the Eagles on the board with a 15 yard touchdown strike in the second quarter. The Eagles would only manage 1 other touchdowns courtesy a big 57 yard run by running back Ryan Brumfield.  It was too little too late for the Eagles who fell to 1-4 overall and 0-2 in the MAC.

The loss puts the Eagles hopes of a winning season a little further out of reach.  The last time the Eagles were able to post a non losing season was in 2011 when they finished 6-6 overall.
