Calvin Johnson has practiced the last couple of days but only for a portion of the practice. That is a step up from last week when he only practiced on a limited basis the Friday before the Green Bay game.
Calvin Johnson took part in the open portion of #Lions practice again today. Did a little more than Thurs. I’ll have game designations at 4.

So there is reason for Lions fans and fantasy owners to be optimistic about Megatron’s status but don’t expect an answer before game time. According to the Tim Twentymans blog on Detroitlions.com Calvin Johnson will likely be a game time decision.
The Lions will monitor how the right knee, which he hurt two weeks ago against Chicago, responds to an increased workload. A decision on whether Johnson will or will not play Sunday could come down to his pregame workout.
Without Calvin Johnson in the line-up the Detroit Lions offense looked toothless. If you believe Reggie Bush’s comments after the Green Bay game they new Calvin was not likely to play prior to the Green bay game and game planned accordingly. Hopefully offensive coordinator Scott Linehan has a different game plan up his sleeve because Green Bay game plan lacked scoring punch. They will need a little creativity to get the offense going against a strong Cleveland defense.
