Nate Burleson is back and not a moment too soon.  The Lions need this game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after losing last week on the road against the Steelers.

Doctors gave Burleson’s formerly broken forearm a clean bill of health this week. Burleson has been on the mend since week 2 of the season after a car accident caused by a pizza.

Burleson is anxious to put the injury and the pizza behind him.

I don’t want to give away too much, but things are looking up for Nate Burleson,” Burleson said after practice today. “Catching some balls, getting high fives. My friends are talking to me again. Things are finally looking up. That pizza set me back, man.”

The rest of the injury report looks great for the Lions as well.  Only three players are listed as questionable. Isreal Idonije, Glover Quinn and Joique Bell are all questionable and expected to play.

Other notable players listed as probable are Calvin Johnson, Branden Pettigrew and Ziggy Ansah.
