New Head Football Coach For Eastern Michigan!

Meet the new Eastern Michigan Eagles Football Head Coach, Chris Creighton! Chris Creighton comes to Eastern Michigan after a successful tenure with the same job at Drake University. He leaves Drake as their most successful coach in school history.

Before finding massive success at Drake, Chris Creighton was also a successful Head Coach at Wabash College. There is no question that Coach Creighton is a winner. Will he be able to continue his success at the FBS level of college football?

Eastern Michigan football is coming off another disappointing stretch under former coach Ron English. The Eagles have not posted a winning record since 1995 and hopefully Chris Creighton can change that. As a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, it was tough going to many games and not seeing a consistently competitive team on the field.

College football is a big deal and Eastern Michigan needs to gain respect for their program back. Chris Creighton is rather young at age 44. This means if successful he can make a name for both himself and the program. A major challenge for Creighton will be if he’s able to lure top level high school recruits from Michigan to play for the Eagles.

Let’s wish Chris Creighton the best of luck as he looks to bring Eastern Michigan Eagles football to new heights, swoop swooop!
