I understand the thought here. Percy Harvin has burned the Lions so many times that he is engraved in fans brains as a major play maker. But in fact what Harvin is, is an overrated locker room cancer. In a time where the Lions are being praised for maturity and teamwork, why would the Lions want to do anything to derail that? Are the Lions really missing out?
No considering that in 3 years Harvin has mustered up 1,177 yards and 4 touchdowns, that’s 154 yards less than Golden Tate did this year. If I were a Jedi I would say “Harvin is not the receiver you are looking for” and hope that fans would repeat after me.
