This is one of those rare weeks where it already feels like we had an NFL slate of games for the week yet Sunday’s schedule hasn’t happened yet. The NFL continues to treat us to a trifecta of games on Thanksgiving day, something that is not only a great showcase for the league but also great for us as fans.

The one thing that daily fantasy has given us the past few seasons is the opportunity to play smaller slates of games. The “Thursday Only” contests are already done and paid out which adds to the excitement of the games that were played on the holiday. If you decided to go heavy on Detroit Lions like I did you probably had a profitable day.

Speaking of the Lions, how impressive were they on Thanksgiving day? This is an interesting development and something to note when attacking these Sunday slates for the remainder of the NFL season. Teams that have struggled through much of the season are destined to make some personnel moves and scheme changes that can change their outlook in regards to fantasy football. The Lions put a new offensive coordinator in place a few weeks back and we are starting to see some very positive results putting them back on the radar for teams we can target.

I am not going to spend much time recapping my picks from week eleven as that seems like it was ages ago. The NFL still has 13 games left to give us this week so let’s dive into some of my favorite DSS fantasy football plays for the remainder of week 12.

DISCLAIMER – Salary cap numbers are based on FanDuel’s pricing for this week.
