As mentioned above, the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers kicked the regular season off on Thursday night.

The last time Seattle hosted Green Bay was back in 2012, when we were all witnesses to one of the most infamous games of the century — the fail mary escapade, courtesy of the replacement referees.

Things were a little more text book this time around however, and the defending Super Bowl Champions handled their business in their quest for back-to-back titles. They went on to defeat Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, 36-16 at CenturyLink field.

Entering today’s action the Seahawks are now 1-0 while the Packers sit at 0-1.
