It’s Championship week in a majority of Fantasy Football leagues, the time of year that has been building up since the mid-point of last summer.

If you’ve made it this far, there is a good chance that you know a thing or too about Fantasy Football, and you probably have a roster with no lack of talent.

However, as always, there are issues that need to be addressed. Running back DeMarco Murray and wide receiver Julio Jones are both battling injuries this week. Neither have been officially ruled out at this point, but neither are certain to play either. Keep an eye on that as Sunday approaches.

I also have to tell you — don’t change the things that got you here. Quarterback Peyton Manning has uncharacteristically struggled as of late. While there is a good chance that you’re not thinking of doing the unthinkable, I’m going to go ahead and say it anyways — DO NOT BENCH PEYTON.

There is one final thing to address before we begin. The curious case of Jay Cutler. If you haven’t heard already, Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman made a desperation move to perhaps save his job by benching Cutler for their upcoming game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

If any of the mentioned circumstances above have you in a pickle at the worst possible time imaginable, then you may want to take a look at our Waiver Wire advice post from earlier in the week.

Now, with those important tidbits in mind, let’s get started! Welcome to Detroit Jock City’s Fantasy Football: Start, Sit, Sleepers Week 16 – Championship Edition!
