As we draw closer and closer to the trade deadline on Feb. 19, the rumors intensify and some players are waiting to see what their future beholds.

Some teams are very active during the deadline, either unloading players or just adding one more piece to make that playoff run.  Other teams, just stand pat and are already content with their current roster.

Then there are teams like the Pistons, which we have no idea what they’re going to do at the deadline. The Pistons, who are currently two games out of the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference, could either stand pat now and retool during the summer, or make a couple of moves to have a less busy offseason.

Although some fans may want them to stay pat his deadline, it looks likes the Pistons very well may be active according to Matt Dery of 105.1 FM in Detroit.

If this is the case there are a few players that the Pistons could acquire to either bolster their chances of making the playoffs or to acquire young talent to help them in the long haul.

With this here are three players who could potentially help the Pistons right now or for the long haul, that they could acquire at this years trade deadline not named Joe Johnson.
