Week 7 is here and we finally have a Lions victory to talk about. Hopefully you took my advice and had some shares of Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson in your daily lineups. If you did, you most likely took home a little cash and are looking for a repeat performance. Unfortunately, the Lions don’t get to play against that Bears defense every single week and may find their offense facing a bit more resistance Sunday. On the flip side, there are a number of terrific match ups that we can look to exploit when building lineups for this week.

A quick recap of the picks from last week showed a pretty good amount success with a few major flops thrown in. Eddie Lacy was the worst offender as he literally “flopped” every time he touched the ball going nowhere and giving owners what basically amounted to a goose egg for daily fantasy. Mike Wallace was my featured play at WR and he never really was given an opportunity as rookie Stefon Diggs stole the spotlight.

On the flip side, Calvin Johnson finally was able to connect multiple times with Matthew Stafford and put up a monster day. Arian Foster was solid and did exactly what was expected catching a TD pass and putting together a solid effort. Greg Olsen proved that defensive vs. position numbers are reliable as he shredded the Seahawks defense for over 100 yards and a score. All in all, a pretty solid week if you avoided the landmines in Lacy and Wallace.

DISCLAIMER – Salary cap numbers are based on FanDuel’s pricing for this week and do NOT include the game being played in London (Buffalo vs. Jacksonville).
