With the Detroit Lions set to take on the Green Bay Packers in week 17 of the 2016 NFL Season, here is all the important info you need for today’s game.

It has all come down to this in the NFC North. The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers have each played 15 games, but it will take one more between these two division rivals to determine who moves on to the playoffs as NFC North champion.

Depending on what happens earlier in the day, the teams may know that the worst-case outcome is a wild card berth but that won’t take away any of the fire from tonight’s game. With a home playoff game at stake, simply qualifying as a wild card will be small consolation as that would mean a road game next weekend. Or, it could be that the loser tonight is out of the playoffs entirely.

The Lions had a much clearer path to a division championship just a couple weeks ago but the Packers have refused to lose while the Lions enter week 17 on a two-game losing streak.

The path is less clear but the scenario is simple: beat the Packers and claim the NFC North. Lose to the Packers and watch Green Bay celebrate another NFC North title on your own field.
