2012 Detroit Lions roster offense

Not too many big surprises were made by the Detroit Lions front office in terms of the offensive roster to start the 2012 regular season. Overall I would say it is pretty much what I expected it to be. Of course offense is not this team’s main issue. I think instead of falling into the same trap as the 2012 Detroit Tigers we should temper expectations for right now. Let’s see how the first few games go before we ruin anotherDetroitsports team’s season with what we expect to happen. For now DJC expects the Lions to take the field against the St. Louis Rams at Ford Field next weekend.

With that in mid let us run through the roster.

All in all it is what we thought it would be. However, one has to wonder about keeping Kellen Moore on the active roster. That of course is kind of nit-picky as most NFL teams carry three QB’s. The offense looks pretty good and should go out and do the things we know it can do.
