7. Cleveland Cavilers

The key to Cleveland Cavilers playoff hopes rests squarely on th bodies of two players. The bodies of Kyrie Irving and Andrew Bynum. If they can stay healthy with Thompson, Waiters, Jack, Varajeo, and Bennett I can see them making noise and being a tough out in the first round of the playoffs.

8. Washington Wizards

The resigning of Martell Webster was a good move. Drafting Otto Porter Jr means the Wizards have star power in addition to Beal, Wall, and Nene. I see a team that has a lot of young talent and valuable minutes from last year so I can see them making a playoff push.

9. Milwaukee Bucks

The Bucks had an entire make-over of their roster. They lost JJ Reddick to free agency, sent and sent Brandon Jennings to Detroit for Brandon Knight.  The bucks are hoping that the recently signed OJ Mayo paired with Brnadon Knight can give the nteam something to build on. The bucks may be on the outside looking in come playoff time.
