2013 has been an interesting year for Detroit Athletes. One could argue that never before in Detroit Sports history have the fans had this much talent at the same time across all professional sports franchises.

Our list of nominees range from those who are considered the best in the game to others whose upside has the potential to raise their franchise to a championship level.
