Well folks, its that time of year, when fantasy football advice may come in rather handy. At this point you either feel comfortable with your team or you don’t. There is also the likelihood that one or more of your players has fallen victim to the rash of injuries to sweep the NFL during the first two weeks of action.

Here is a quick look at key players effected by injury early in 2014 (in no particular order):

  1. Jamaal Charles
  2. A.J. Green
  3. Ryan Mathews
  4. Robert Griffin III
  5. Knowshon Moreno
  6. Eric Decker
  7. Austin Seferian-Jenkins
  8. Lamar Miller
  9. Vernon Davis
  10. Ben Tate
  11. Carson Palmer
  12. DeAngelo Williams
  13. Jordan Cameron
  14. Maurice Jones-Drew

Then, there is also the legal issues involving players league-wide. The Minnesota Vikings have suspended running back Adrian Peterson indefinitely, and while it was the right thing to do from a moral standpoint, fantasy football owners of the first-round draft pick are not happy to have their star halfback out of action.

You can rest easy however. With so many players unable to suit up on game day, we’ve decided to devise a list of the top 5 fantasy football players that you need to trade for, and quickly.
