Welcome back once again, for Fantasy Football  Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em week 4. As the NFL season begins to heat up, so does fantasy football. Week 4 may prove to be the most pivotal week of the season with multiple teams on byes and a plethora of injuries around the league, having the right starting line up is more important than ever.

That’s why we’ve dug deep here at Detroit Jock City, to bring you the best and worst fantasy football match-ups possible, in an effort to help you walk away from week 4 a winner.

Let’s dive in.

Start ‘Em

Ahmad Bradshaw (IND) –  Bradshaw only got nine carries against the Jaguars, but he was plenty productive with those carries netting 65 rushing yards.

He will continue to get plenty of yards and carries against a weak Titans run defense in week 4, especially with Trent Richardson still struggling to find running room. He will still split carries with Richardson, but there are plenty of guaranteed yards for Bradshaw and his owners, which means a lot for fantasy running backs this year.

Fred Jackson (BUF) – This week the Buffalo Bills running back combo of Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller take on the Houston Texans.

The Texans have struggled to stop the run in 2014, allowing 20-plus fantasy football points to opposing runners in two of their first three games of 2014. Jackson has also found the end zone four times in his last five road contests against his AFC foes.
