Sit ‘Em

Rashad Jennings (NYG) – In week 3 of NFL action, the Washington Redskins were able to hold Philadelphia’s LeSean McCoy to only 22 yards on 19 attempts.

While Rashad Jennings is no McCoy, he still remains a decent No. 2 back or flex choice given his offensive explosion this past Sunday. If possible though, avoid starting him this week.

Chris Johnson (NYJ) –  Chris Ivory and Chris Johnson are sharing the workload, almost down the middle, in New York. Add that to the fact that the Jets take on the Detroit Lions, who have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to backs, CJ2K is better left on the fantasy football bench.
