Will Max Scherzer stay or will he go? The Detroit Tigers free agent pitcher says that he would like to remain with the team, but it is also ne secret that many teams will be vying for his services. Scherzer himself has even said that “It would be his dream to play for the Cardinals”.

Scherzer, who is now 30-years-old, was 18-5 with a 3.15 ERA in 2014. It was a solid follow-up to his 2013 campaign when he was 21-3 with a 2.90 ERA and was the Cy Young winner.
My gut tells me that Scherzer will be a St. Louis Cardinal in 2015. Of course, I’ve been wrong before!
