3. Tim Wright – TE, New England Patriots
Do you think that it’s a coincidence that the New England Patriots are red-hot and have slowly drifted back into their two tight end set?
It’s certainly a familiar look for Patriots fans who remember the success that the team had when both Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez were on the field simultaneously.
The current Patriots No. 2 TE, Tim Wright has quietly caught six touchdowns in the last seven games and has slowly inserted himself as the Pats “move” tight end, playing 61 snaps last Sunday.

TE Tim Wright smashing his season-high for snaps played today, with 49. Previous high was 21. Highlights pass-first approach by offense.

With the way Tom Brady and Co. are playing, having Wright around is not a bad idea.
