Shaun Hill, QB, St. Louis Rams – I’ll be the first to admit it, I’ve always been a Shaun Hill fan. He was a reliable back up in Detroit for Matthew Stafford, and when he got his chance earlier this year to start for the Rams in place of an injured Sam Bradford — I was happy for the guy.

  • Things however started out rocky for the mostly career back-up and Hill himself was forced to succumb the starters role to Austin Davis.

Hill would then be given the chance to return to the field in week 11 and it’s safe to say that he has made the most of it. Since returning, Hill is ranked the 15th among quarterbacks in scoring with 40.1 points, (13.4 per week). He is also ranked as tenth best in the NFL in touchdown passes with six.

The only two interceptions thrown by Hill since his return both came in week 11 and the Rams eventually lost that game. Since then however, Hill has won three straight and has scored a touchdown in each game.

Similar to Fitzpatrick above, Hill has two very favorable match-ups ahead of him, the 27th ranked Arizona Cardinals and the 19th ranked New York Giants.
