Mychal Rivera, TE, Oakland Raiders – Rivera has been on my sleepers list throughout the season because of the fact that he has a ton of upside.

Since week eight, Rivera ranks second among all active tight ends with 52 targets. 35 of those were able to be hauled in for receptions. He is also ranked fifth in receiving yards among tight ends with 363 yards and third among tight ends in touchdown catches with three.

Rivera has also become one of rookie quarterback David Carr‘s favorite targets in the redzone. Within the 20 yard line, Rivera has seven receptions, four in the endzone. That ranks second in the NFL to the one and only, Jimmy Graham.

In week 15, Rivera gets the Kansas City Chiefs — owners of the No. 1 pass defense in the NFL. So tread lightly.
