As the youngest on this list, Dylan Larkin was a highly scouted player by not only the Red Wings but many other NHL teams.

Two big perks of the young Larkin is his speed and skill on the ice. He can set up not only himself but also his teammates for scoring opportunities.

He, unlike many of the other prospects on this list, was trained through the U.S. National Development Team and is currently on the team USA roster for the upcoming 2014 World Juniors in Montreal and Toronto.

With Larkin being so young he will more than likely spend a few seasons in Grand Rapids, yet is projected to be a top center on one of the top two lines for the Red Wings.
