Start ‘Em
Matt Ryan, QB, Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has really returned to form over the last few weeks. Gone is the incumbent offense, unable to move the ball outside the confides of the Georgia Dome. Back is the offense that often shows flashes of the 2012 squad that made it to the NFC Championship game.
I have had Ryan at the top of my start ’em, sit ’em list over the last two weeks and I have him at the top once again in week 16.
The Falcons head to New Orleans to take on the Saints this week and the game has the makings to be a straight up shoot out.
Over the last three weeks, Ryan has scored at least 24 points in each match up. On top of that momentum, Ryan passed for 448 yards and three touchdowns when New Orleans visited Atlanta in week 0ne.
Ryan should capitalize this week, and if you’re able to start him, you could capitalize too.

Mark Ingram, RB, New Orleans Saints
We’re not going far for the next player on our start ’em, sit ’em for week 16. Running back Mark Ingram and the Saints will welcome Matt Ryan and the Falcons to the Superdome this weekend.
Going back to week one, Ingram started out the 2014 season strong with a 60 yards, two touchdown performance in the Georgia Dome. That was the first of seven games by Ingram in which he scored double-digit fantasy points out of the 11 games he has played.
To further sway the odds in Ingram’s favor, the Falcons have given up four rushing touchdowns over the past three weeks and more rushing touchdowns than any other team in the league this season (19). They’ve also allowed the most fantasy points to running backs.
