8. THE RETURN TO MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. (2011)

First off if that intro doesn’t give you goosebumps you’re not a human being. For the Lions to return to Monday Night Football after such a long drought was symbolism that this team had finally changed the culture. By changed the culture I mean the Lions went from a team that was expected to lose to a team that is expected to win. The buzz that night was amazing. I wasn’t in the building but it all translated across the television screen. I like to think of this game as the night Lions fans found their voice again. From that point on Ford Field has been rocking off its foundation during every home game.
