Switching over to free agency I believe Mark Ingram will be a guy the Lions take a look at. Ingram is coming off a surprise Pro Bowl season. after having a rough couple of beginning years in the NFL, Ingram broke out for a nice 964 yards and 9 touchdowns. ultimately what I believe could bring Ingram to Detroit is that this is home.
Ingram grew up in Flint and has been a guy who has not forgotten where he comes from. As far as running style at first glance Ingram appears to be a Joique Bell look-alike. To me Ingram is more of a Eddie Lacy, a big strong back with wheels. The Saints will likely do what they have to keep Ingram but I wouldn’t rule this out.
