Week 4: Detroit Lions v.s. Seattle Seahawks

CenturyLink Field – Seattle, Washington

Following a tough opening act in the first three weeks of the 2015 season, the Lions will head to perhaps the toughest place to play on the entire schedule — Seattle, Washington.

There isn’t a lot that needs to be said as to why the defending NFC Champions are going to give Detroit all that they can handle in this one. A lot of the key pieces that have made the Seahawks so successful over the years are back with the team this season, and they even added another weapon in Jimmy Graham.

On top of that the 12th man will most certainly make their presence known.

In the playoffs last year, Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers allowed one of the greatest comebacks of all-time due to the fact that they couldn’t convert field goals into touchdowns. If the Lions hope to win inside the confines of CenturyLink Field, they’ll need to make sure they don’t make the same mistake.

A win in Seattle could set the Lions up for a terrific stretch of home games at the midway point of the season. The Cowboys were able to beat the “unbeatable” in the northwest, and it catapulted them right through the regular season and into the playoffs.

Hopefully the Lions can find a way to make it happen.
