Detroit Lions top five NFL Draft busts

#5 Aaron Gibson
Aaron Gibson was selected with the 27th overall pick in the 1999 NFL Draft.
Gibson was an All-American at Wisconsin. Standing 6’6”, 375 lbs. He missed the entire 1999 season due to injury. When he returned in 2000 and played the full season, and six games the year after. Turns out having Gibson did not have what it took, he was slow, out of shape and missed blocks.
He was cut after the 2001 season and has not played since 2004.
