The Red Wings took on their division rivals the Montreal Canadiens in the second to last game of the season. In this game Darren Helm netted this gorgeous short-handed goal against Carey Price, who at the time was in talks as who should be the winner of Vezina Trophy.

The team would go on to lose this game, however, they would end up clinching a spot in the NHL playoffs when the night came to a close. I liked this goal mostly because anytime the Red Wings do great things against Montreal I like to show it off. Yet, a shorthanded goal is also sometimes a rare thing to see in hockey and seeing it happen against the first place team in the league was awesome.
