I previously laid out my top 20 quarterback options for the upcoming 2015 fantasy football season. Today I’ll follow that up with my current top 40 running back list.
The format is pretty simple. I’ll rank the running backs 1-40, group them into rough tiers of overall production value, and provide a target round in which you should target each player.
As with any sort of fantasy football rankings list or big board, it’s important to note what league and scoring settings the rankings are based on. This list is based on a ten-team league with standard roster and scoring rules (so no PPR) like one might find as the default setting on Yahoo! or ESPN.
You can still use this list as a guide if your particular league settings differ from standard, but be aware that target rounds will vary.
