WIDE RECEIVER

Michael Crabtree ($5800) Raiders @ Steelers – Crabtree’s role continues to grow and the chemistry with Derek Carr continues to improve week by week as well. He is taking advantage of being lined up opposite of Amari Cooper and has put together back to back monster games. At only $5800, he is nearly a free square at the receiver position and a great way to build your lineup this weekend. Throw in the fact that the Steelers secondary hasn’t been very good and Crabtree is set to continue his streak of 15+ fantasy point days.

Alshon Jeffery ($7900) Bears @ Chargers – Jeffery finally looked like the receiver we all grew to love last season in Chicago catching 10 passes for over 100 yards. Jay Cutler has a tendency to lock on one receiver and when Jeffery is fully healthy and on the field, he is that guy. The Chargers have been pretty decent against the pass this season, but digging deeper into the numbers they have struggled against number one receivers. Jeffery played the last two games like it didn’t really matter who was guarding him. He should continue his streak of scoring 20 or more points and is still priced at a relative discount compared to the other truly elite receivers in the game.

Mike Evans ($7500) Buccaneers vs. Giants – Typically when I like a quarterback in a match up it only makes sense that one or more of his receivers will have a solid day. Evans really disappointed most of us last week in a good match up and that generally drives people away the following week.
The Giants obviously have trouble guarding anyone with pads on last Sunday and Evans should be the beneficiary of that poor defense this week.

Others I Like – Julian Edelman ($8000), Julio Jones ($9200)
