TIGHT END
Heath Miller ($5800) Steelers vs. Raiders – If you have read any of my previous columns, you know that targeting any TE against the Raiders more often than not is an easy decision. The Raiders continue to be dead last in points allowed to the TE and Miller is the next lucky one to see them on the other side of the line. As discussed with Big Ben, I think Pittsburgh is really going to go pass heavy with the loss of LeVeon Bell. As you can see by last week, Miller caught 10 passes and has been a reliable weapon in this offense for so many years. Roethlisberger will find him early and often in this game and he should easily surpass value.
Greg Olsen ($6400) Panthers vs. Packers – From a strictly NFL game of the week perspective, this match up is the one that everyone is looking forward to seeing. The Panthers continue to win games and win them ugly. Nobody is apologizing though as they have the look of a Super Bowl contender at the midway point of the season. The Packers are in the bottom 10 in the league defending the TE and I think that this game has some shootout potential despite Carolina’s defense being pretty solid. Olsen is the best weapon that Cam Newton has and can always count on.
Others I Like – Jordan Reed ($5700)
