Mike Munchak

Another former head coach, Munchak went 22-26 in three seasons as the Titans head coach.  Currently he is the offensive line coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He has them playing at a high level, reflected in the offense ranking 7th in total offense, while dealing with injuries to key linemen Maurkice Pouncey and David Decastro (as well as Ben Roethlisberger being hobbled). Additionally, Munchak is a Hall of Fame player, who commands respect from the men he coaches.

On the downside, his initials are MM, and the Lions haven’t done well with that combination in the past (Martin Mayhew, Matt Millen, Marty Morningwheg).
