QUARTERBACK

Kirk Cousins ($6500) Redskins vs. Saints – The Saints have been terrible against the pass all season and currently have given up the most points to the quarterback position of any team in the NFL. There are 20 quarterbacks priced higher than Cousins this week making him a really cheap way to start building that winning tournament lineup. For the most part Cousins has been off the fantasy radar this season with his inconsistent play but has proved in the right match up he can put up really solid numbers. Two weeks ago he dropped a 30 spot on the Buccaneers and is setting up to be a good bet for a near 20 point day at an unbelievably cheap prices.

Cam Newton ($8200) Panthers @ Titans – Newton comes at a $1,000 discount from Aaron Rodgers and has a chance to be the highest scoring quarterback of the week. No doubt Rodgers and Brady are excellent plays this week as well, but Newton should be right there with them when its all said and done. The Titans are in the bottom 10 against the quarterback this year. They also have been pretty stout in the running game which will force Carolina to air it out a few more times than normal. Newton obviously gives you that rushing ability as well and is looking like a guy that could easily surpass 30 points Sunday.

Blake Bortles ($7800) Jaguars @ Ravens – As mentioned above, the Ravens are 2nd worst in the NFL against the quarterback so far this season. Bortles typically is not in the minds of many daily fantasy players with the Jaguars being such a bad team. He actually has a couple of really good weapons at his disposal and has consistenly been producing solid fantasy totals. Throw in the fact that he is coming off a career game where he threw for 381 yards against the Jets and his confidence should be at an all time high. His price is a little higher than I would like, but his ownership levels are certain to be low.

Others I Like – Aaron Rodgers ($9200), Tom Brady ($9100), Eli Manning ($7400)
