WIDE RECEIVER

Demaryius Thomas ($7700) Broncos @ Steelers – The consistency has not been there this season like it was with Thomas last season. However, since Brock Osweiler took over as the quarterback of the Broncos, Thomas has been his wide receiver of choice. He has 16 catches the past two weeks and now will face a team that is consistently getting burned through the air. If Osweiler continues to look to Thomas 10+ times week in and week out, his number of catches are going to be there and he just needs to find the end zone to finish with a great fantasy day.

Calvin Johnson ($8000) Lions @ Saints – It’s no coincidence that the Lions two huge offensive output games have been when Calvin Johnson went off. Calvin had a combined 250 yards and 4 touchdowns in those two games and if the Lions are going to keep pace on the road with New Orleans, you know Calvin will be a big part of it. There has been quite a bit of talk the past week about his future in Motown being in doubt, but I still feel like the Lions will have one more huge offensive game this season. Pencil Calvin in for a score in this one.

Julio Jones ($8600) Falcons @ Jaguars – Jones has seen a price dip the past few weeks and now sits priced below 4 other wide receivers this week. For a player with as much talent and upside as Jones, this seems like a great week to get him in your lineup. The Jaguars have played in a number of shootouts and this has the makings of another one potentially. Jones has caught 60 passes the past 7 weeks showing consistent results while also throwing in a couple of double digit reception days. His price drop couple with a great match up in a potential high scoring game makes him a super safe pick as well as tournament upside.

Others I Like – Jeremy Maclin ($6700), Michael Floyd ($6100), DeAndre Hopkins ($8700)
