Detroit Pistons at Chicago Bulls: Game Time, TV, Radio, Live Stream
By Zac Snyder
The Chicago Bulls host the Detroit Pistons tonight in a game with huge playoff implications for both teams.
It has been almost three weeks since the Detroit Pistons last played a road game. After enjoying a franchise-high nine-game homestand, the Pistons finally hit the road again with a matchup with the Chicago Bulls.
The Bulls and Pistons join the Indiana Pacers as three teams fighting for the final two playoff spots in the Eastern Conference. Going 6-3 on the nine-game homestand has the Pistons a half game up on the Pacers and a game and a half up on the Bulls.
Still, a playoff berth is far from a sure thing. It remains to be seen how the Pistons react to having to go back out on the road after such a stretch playing in front of a home crowd. Unfortunately, there is no time for adjustment to life on the road considering the implications of tonight’s game.
As MLive’s Josh Slagter noted on twitter, the difference between a Pistons win and a Pistons loss tonight is huge.
The season series between these teams concludes tonight with the Pistons currently holding a 2-1 advantage, including a win in a four-overtime thriller in Chicago in December.
