15. New Orleans can almost literally not go wrong with a defensive player, that’s how bad their defense was a year ago. It all starts up front and Rankins is the best available player on the line. The Louisville Cardinal flew under the national radar a bit this seaosn, but he is no stranger to NFL talent scouts. Rankins is the best interior pass-rusher in a very deep d-line class and could give the Saints a legitimate building block alongside Cameron Jordan.. DT. Louisville. Sheldon Rankins . 12. player
