3. player. 13. San Diego must be giddy. With Philip Rivers firmly entrenched under center, the Chargers feel no need to draft a QB this high and thus can take the number one player on their board. That is probably Buckner, who is about as seamless a fit as any team could hope for. He has ideal size for the 3-4 end position and was extremely productive there for Oregon. A slam dunk pick.. DE.
