Sebastian Tretola has some limitations. He’s stiff, and not great at pulling, or blocking downfield. He also isn’t a great testing athlete – his combine workout numbers were underwhelming.

But Tretola is as powerful as they come. He’s terrific once he locks arms, and in a short area, he’s a good blocker, in man-on-man power blocking schemes.

The Detroit Lions are pretty well set at the guard positions, returning both Larry Warford and Laken Tomlinson. But if Tretola is available to the Lions in the later rounds of the draft, they should take a flyer on him, as he would add some power, snarl, and depth to their offensive line.
