MLB Power Rankings: 21-25

player. 43. The once powerful offensive force that was the Yankees hasn’t really got going yet this year. They rank in the bottom 10 in the league in virtually every major offensive category. Coming off being swept in Boston, the Yankees are clearly pointed in the wrong direction.. 8-15. Last Week: 21. New York Yankees . 25

24. player. 82. The Fish actually went into LA and took three straight in impressive fashion which has caused this jump in the rankings. Losing <a href=. 12-12. Last Week: 28. Miami Marlins

Last Week: 26. Los Angeles Angels . 23. player. 102. Sweeping the Royals has the Angels arrow pointing up. There is still concern around the offensive talent on this team, but again <a href=. 12-14

player. 21. <a href=. 11-13. Last Week: 24. Tampa Bay Rays . 22

player. 135. I can’t continue to rank these guys high in the rankings when they continue to lose games. Having all the talent they have only goes so far when they sit 9 games under .500. There is still plenty of time to get going, but at this point I can’t put them inside the top 20. <a href=. 8-18. Last Week: 15. Houston Astros . 21
