MLB Power Rankings: 6-10
The Cardinals were just given a good test against one of the best clubs in baseball and failed miserable. The Nationals swept them in dominating fashion. The struggles of the former dominate <a href=. 13-13. Last Week: 6. St. Louis Cardinals . 10. player. 32
71. Terrible week for the Dodgers as they let the Marlins sweep them in 4 straight and struggled dropping 2 out of 3 against the Padres. Fortunately Clayton Kershaw was around to save them from back to back sweeps yesterday not only striking out everyone but also batting in the only run. Baseball is funny in that teams can just go ice cold and it appears the bats are just cold at the moment.. 13-13. Last Week: 4. Los Angeles Dodgers . 8. player
11. The Orioles had an up and down week but are moving up due to bad play by the teams around them more than by showing strength themselves. The offensive firepower is still here and they always have the potential to blow up on any given night. They currently sit 4th in the league in HR’s and 6th in batting average, exactly what they need to continue to do to maks their iffy pitching.. 14-10. Last Week: 10. Baltimore Orioles . 7. player
player. 7. The Royals bats have gone a bit cold and now get to see the best pitching team in all of baseball in the Washington Nationals. I am not overly concerned as it seems they are just in a mini-slump, they should be able to get things rolling again once they start seeing some lower end pitching.. 13-12. Last Week: 3. Kansas City Royals . 6
