MLB Power Rankings: 26-30

Atlanta Braves . 30. player. 17. What can I find interesting to say about the Braves who now sit 7-23 on this young season? <a href=. 7-23. Last Week: 30

29. player. 2. The Twins have now lost 6 of their last 7 and continue to freefall and dissapoint many that thought they might actually be good this year. They have struck out the 4th most of any team in baseball and just haven’t been able to generate any consistent offense. For a team lacking any true elite arms, its not a combination that will work this year.. 8-23. Last Week: 29. Minnesota Twins

43. Speaking of struggling offense, the Yankees continue to be a huge dissapointment. They have scored less runs than every team in baseball not named the Braves, who we all know are basically a minor league team. 6 of their full time starters are batting under .250 with three of them under .200. Father Time remains undefeated.. 12-18. Last Week: 25. New York Yankees . 28. player

The Padres get a rare jump in the rankings after looking like a fiesty ball club the past week. They took a split with the Mets over the weekend at Petco Park, giving their starting pitching some fits. I still have my doubts that their bats can continue to stay alive, but they are at least showing a little progress.. 13-19. Last Week: 28. San Diego Padres . 27. player. 127

The Brew Crew had a decent week taking a series against the Angels and splitting with the struggling Reds. <a href=. 13-19. Last Week: 27. Milwaukee Brewers . 26. player. 76
