MLB Power Rankings: 16-20

30-34. Last Week: 16. Philadelphia Phillies . 20. player. 6. The early season magic that seemed to be following the Phillies has certainly wore off as one of the worst offenses is baseball is starting to show up on a regular basis. The Phillies are bottom five in virtually every major offensive category and don’t have strong enough pitching to withstand that. There is still quite a bit of talent and upside here, so all hope is not lost.

Miami Marlins . 18. player. 82. The Marlins will try to right the ship with a trip out to San Diego to take on a bad Padres team. This month has not been kind fo them as they have just lost back to back series with the D-Backs and the Twins. The big story continues to be the lack of production from <a href=. 33-31. Last Week: 18

Last Week: 20. Houston Astros . 17. player. 135. The Astros talent and bad play from others around them have them headed in the right direction. Even thought they lost their series with division leading Texas, they played them tough in every single game and proved they are right there with the best in their division. Their upcoming homestand against the Reds and Angels should get them over the .500 bump and give them some much needed momentum.. 30-35

Last Week: 19. New York Yankees . 16. player. 43. A 4 game series sweep of the Angels the Yankees looking a little better as their bats have been pretty hot the past few weeks. They are hitting .283 in the month of June, which places them in the top five in all of baseball. Much like past seasons, a healthy Jacoby Ellsbury is the key to making this offense go.. 31-32
