Their bats have been really hot putting the Tigers first in batting average and OBP so far in the month of June. Michael Fulmer continued his amazing run over the week stretching out his scoreless streak to 28 1/3 innings.

player. 71. After a sweep of the Braves, the Dodgers dropped back to back series with the Rockies and the Giants. The Dodger bats just haven’t matched the solid pitching they are getting and that has been the difference between them being a good team versus a great team. They are hitting a league worst .189 in June and haven’t shown any consistency whatsoever.. 33-32. Last Week: 12. Los Angeles Dodgers . 14

The Royals had a short stretch of really solid play, but have since gone back to the team we saw to open the season. They are now only 3-8 so far this month despite beating the slumping White Sox. The starting pitching continues to be the downfall here with 4 of their 5 starters with ERA’s above 5 in the past 30 days.. 33-30. Last Week: 11. Kansas City Royals . 13. player. 7

32. The Cards beat up on the Pirates this weekend to give themselves a little distance in the standings. Their 20-12 record on the road is one of the best in the league and they just completed a 3 game sweep on the road at Pittsburgh. <a href=. 35-28. Last Week: 13. St. Louis Cardinals . 11. player
