Left Tackle

1. Taylor Decker
2. Riley Reiff

Conventional wisdom said Taylor Decker would get the chance to compete for the starting left tackle job as a rookie after the Lions selected him with the 16th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Those expectations have to be raised already with Decker quickly being given first team left tackle reps during OTAs.

Decker will have to avoid hitting a wall as training camp wears on to hold his place but it sure looks like the Lions will have him penciled in on the left side ahead of former starting left tackle Riley Reiff.

Even if Decker holds on to the starting job at left tackle, expect that Reiff would be his backup and move from the right side to the left if Decker ever had to miss time due to injury.
