Colorado Buffaloes

September 17, Colorado at Michigan, 3:00, Big Ten Network

Quarterback Sefo Liufau is hoping to be fulling recovered from last year’s Lisfranc surgery so that he can start for a third straight year. So, if he is able to play, he will join a strong group of running backs in leading this offense.

There are also several defensive players returning, with the secondary being its strongest unit. Cornerback Chidobe and safety Tedric Thompson lead this group of players. Their deepest group is linebacker, where they are returning three different players who each have led the team in tackles the last three years.

Prediction:

Despite all the returning talent on the Buffaloes roster, we need to remember that this was the same group of players that only won four games last year. The Wolverines should have an advantage in all phases and this one shouldn’t be that close.

Michigan wins (3-0)
