Detroit Tigers vs. Cleveland Indians: Series Game Times, TV, Radio, Live Stream
By Matt Snyder
The Detroit Tigers host the Cleveland Indians for a three-game series with major playoff implications. Here’s how you can watch the games on TV or streaming online.
The Detroit Tigers were one strike away from winning the weekend series versus the Kansas City Royals but gave up the lead in the ninth inning on Saturday and couldn’t claw their way back into Sunday’s game after falling behind early.
The Tigers have consequently fallen out of the American League’s second Wild Card position — they sit a game back of the Baltimore Orioles in the loss column with seven games left to play.
Four of those seven games will come against the Cleveland Indians at Comerica Park in a series beginning on Monday night. Unfortunately, the Tigers are just 2-13 versus the Indians so far in 2016.
The Tigers will probably need to get to 88 wins to have a shot at the postseason. To reach that total they’ll need to finish 5-2 which means going 3-1 or better in this series vs. the Indians. A tall order.
Here’s all the info you’ll need for this week’s games.
