RUNNING BACK

LeSean McCoy ($8200) Bills vs. 49ers – Through 5 weeks, McCoy is touching the ball on 47% of the Bills plays. That alone is enough to warrant consideration every single week when you know your guy is going to be heavily involved in their offensive scheme. Throw in this match up this week against a defense that is allowing the 2nd most rushing yards per game and you have a really safe play here. McCoy is averaging 17.5 FanDuel points per game and with the amount of touches he is receiving, he is in a great spot here and is over $1000 cheaper than the highest running back.

Le’Veon Bell ($9300) Steelers @ Dolphins – The past few weeks I have leaned towards the trend of paying down at running back to more the value play type range. This week seems like a great week to pay up at RB as many of the top options are in such great spots. Bell has been so solid and consistent in his two appearances this season and there is no reason to think that this Dolphins defense will slow him down. They are allowing over 150 yards per game on the ground which happens to be absolute dead last in football. Bell’s receiving ability makes him one of the safest picks of the week but also gives him upside to have a 30 point day.

DeMarco Murray ($8800) Titans vs. Browns – Murray is similar to McCoy in that he is receiving a huge majority of the touches in this backfield and provides a high floor with his work load. He has touched the ball at least 18 times in each game this season and his worst game was 16.2 Fanduel points. This Cleveland defense is bottom 10 in nearly every category and the Titans should get out to a comfortable lead increasing the amount of work that Murray receives.

Others I Like – Lamar Miller ($7900), Christine Michael ($7400), Jordan Howard ($7700)
